ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE

The present privacy policy aims at exposing in a clear and transparent manner the way in which EcoMundo (*), being responsible for data processing, collects, saves, records and communicates personal data from the people visiting its website www.ecomundo.eu (thereafter designated as “the Users” or “the User”).

EcoMundo commits to the fact that this policy, as well as the way in which the Users’ data is processed, are compliant with the Law on Computing and Liberty and the General Data Protection Regulation.

ARTICLE 2. DATA COLLECTED

1. Each data collection form available on the website www.ecomundo.eu limits data collection to the bare minimum.

2. In any case, EcoMundo does not collect, on its own initiative, more than the following data:

  • Last and First names
  • Phone number and email address
  • Name and contact details of the company
  • Function within the company

Additional data can still be collected by EcoMundo if the User chooses to fill the optional fields of the webform left at his disposal on the website.

3. Some data has to be necessarily communicated, otherwise, the User will not be able to access the services offered by EcoMundo on its website. This data is signalled with an asterisk. It is laid down that, if no answer is filled in in the optional fields of the webform, it does not prevent access to the services.

ARTICLE 4. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

1. EcoMundo can call on service providers established outside the European Union, for software supply or data hosting, among other things.

2. Nevertheless, EcoMundo commits to only contracting with such service providers if they present sufficient guarantees in terms of safety and data confidentiality throughout the contractual relation. Otherwise, EcoMundo will have to terminate the contract.

Likewise, EcoMundo commits to verifying that the partners keep their requirements when it comes to security and data confidentiality all along the contractual relation. If it is not the case, EcoMundo will put an end to said relation.

ARTICLE 5. USERS RIGHTS ON THEIR DATA

As defined in the Law on Computing and Liberty of 6 th January 1978 and in the Regulation EU 2016/679 of 27 th April 2016, the User has available the following rights on its data:

  • When the processing of his data is based on his consent, the right to withdraw said consent at any time.
  • The right to ask for access to the data processed.
  • The right to ask for correction or erasure of the data processed.
  • The right to limit the processing linked to his data.
  • The right to oppose the processing of his data.
  • The right to make his data portable.
  • The right to file a complaint to CNIL
