EcoMundo and aeronautics
EcoMundo works alongside aircraft industry particularly in terms of authorisation process and Safety Data Sheets. Indeed, due to the large amount of substances used and highly technical related to its industrial processes, the aircraft industry is particularly affected by the European will: "phase out" hazardous substances.
If the Air Show enables manufacturers to fill their order books, today aircraft industry faces many difficulties to maintain the level of production. SNECMA, producer of aircraft engine and LEAP motors - which equips Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320 - must now increase its production capacity to reach the amount of 1,800 engines per year in only five years! This is a challenge especially with the tightening of EU chemicals regulation, since the entire aircraft industry must either obtain authorisation (see our authorisation dossier), or find substitutes, which first requires a considerable effort in research and development.
To ensure the continued growth of this sector, expertise and promptness are required in order to remain innovative and efficient throughout the supply chain, taking into account all regulations which can affect them. EcoMundo developed a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the aircraft industry; our experts support the industry and help them to combine industrial performance and regulatory compliance.
