New guidance (7th revision) of SCCS (Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety)
New guidance (7th revision) of SCCS (Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety) issued late 2010, which contains relevant information on various aspects of testing and evaluation of the safety of cosmetic ingredients in Europe. The previous revision of this manual was in 2006 (SCCP/1005/064). Since then, new and important changes have been adopted, and they form the basis of this new revision.
